• "Platform" means the kkfb website, mobile site, and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features operated by kkfb.
• "Account" means the individual player account registered by a User on the Platform, used to access all kkfb products and services.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive awarded to a User by kkfb under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or the Bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn from the Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by kkfb to confirm that a User meets eligibility requirements.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform. kkfb enforces this age minimum strictly and conducts age verification as part of the KYC process.
• You must be registering and using the Platform as an individual and for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Registering on behalf of another person or using the Platform for commercial gain on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Any false, misleading, or outdated information provided to kkfb may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• You must be the legitimate holder of the payment method used for any deposit or withdrawal. kkfb does not accept payments from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or payment methods not registered in your name.
• It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your country or jurisdiction of residence. kkfb does not provide legal advice and accepts no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform.

Section 4

Account Registration and Verification

To access the full features of kkfb, including the ability to deposit funds and place wagers, you must complete the registration process and pass KYC verification. The following rules apply to account registration.

• Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. If kkfb identifies more than one Account belonging to the same individual, all such Accounts may be suspended, and any bonuses or winnings credited to duplicate Accounts may be voided.
• kkfb may request identity documents, proof of address, source of funds verification, or other KYC documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify kkfb support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. kkfb accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the player has not reported the breach promptly.
• Account registration is free of charge. kkfb does not charge a fee for creating an account. Any fees associated with payment transactions are determined by your chosen payment provider, not by kkfb.
• kkfb reserves the right to decline a registration application without providing a reason. If your registration is declined, any funds deposited prior to approval will be returned to the originating payment method.

Once registered, you are responsible for keeping your personal details up to date. If your contact information, payment methods, or identity documents change, you must update your Account information promptly. kkfb is not responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated contact details.

Section 5

Deposits and Withdrawals

kkfb supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard for deposits and withdrawals. The following rules govern all financial transactions on the Platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. kkfb does not impose a maximum deposit limit; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits. Players are responsible for checking their provider's limits before initiating large transactions.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, where technically possible. If that is not possible, kkfb will contact you to agree on an alternative method. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• kkfb processes withdrawal requests during operating hours. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. kkfb targets same-day processing for bKash and Nagad withdrawals during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). kkfb does not guarantee processing times and is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking networks.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, kkfb may require you to complete KYC verification. This includes providing a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Withdrawals will not be processed until all requested verification documents are received and approved.
• kkfb does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time. All transactions must be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the supported local and international payment methods listed in the Platform.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to an Account or that are made in error may be returned, less any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider. kkfb is not responsible for deposits sent to incorrect account numbers or mobile wallet addresses.

Section 6

Bonuses and Promotions

kkfb offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement before the bonus expiry date will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering process. Players may not transfer bonus balances between Accounts or to another player.
• kkfb reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus has already been credited to your Account prior to such withdrawal or modification, the original bonus terms that applied at the time of crediting will continue to govern that specific bonus.
• Players who are identified as engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated tools, or placing opposing bets to guarantee returns regardless of outcome — will have their Accounts suspended and all associated bonus winnings voided.
• kkfb welcome bonuses are available to new players only upon their first deposit. Players who have previously held an Account with kkfb are not eligible for new player welcome bonuses upon re-registration.

Section 7

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

kkfb is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account action, up to and including permanent suspension.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other electronic device to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players is strictly prohibited. Any winnings generated through automated play will be voided.
• Collusion with other players, game rigging, or any form of cheating — including exploiting software bugs or platform vulnerabilities — is prohibited. kkfb employs fraud detection systems and monitors account activity for irregular patterns. Accounts found to be colluding will be suspended.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of crime in any form is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. kkfb complies with anti-money laundering regulations and conducts transaction monitoring accordingly.
• Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or fraudulently obtained payment method to fund your Account is a criminal offence and will be reported to law enforcement authorities. All associated funds will be frozen immediately upon detection.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, display glitches, or misconfigured odds — including placing wagers on clearly erroneous odds before kkfb has had the opportunity to correct them — will result in the relevant wagers being voided and the Account being reviewed for suspension.

Section 8

Account Suspension and Termination

kkfb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may lead to Account suspension or termination.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, fair use rules, account registration rules, or payment rules, will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, kkfb will complete its investigation within a reasonable period. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the Account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released. If a breach is confirmed, the Account will be permanently closed.
• Players may request to close their own Account at any time by contacting kkfb support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (excluding bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirement) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
• kkfb reserves the right to close any Account that has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Prior to closure of an inactive Account, kkfb will attempt to contact the Account holder using the registered contact details. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Account holder's registered payment method upon closure.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the kkfb Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software, text, images, and data — is the property of kkfb or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

The kkfb name and logo are trademarks of the Operator. You must not use kkfb's trademarks, logos, or brand assets without the prior written consent of kkfb. Any unauthorised use of kkfb's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kkfb's liability to any player is limited as follows.

• kkfb is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, platform unavailability, computer or system failure, or any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, howsoever caused.
• kkfb provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kkfb makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted operation of the Platform.
• kkfb is not responsible for any technical failures, network outages, or third-party service disruptions that affect your ability to access the Platform or place wagers. In the event of a significant technical failure during a live game or wager, kkfb will investigate and apply a fair resolution, which may include voiding the affected wager.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes kkfb's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Responsible Gaming

kkfb is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. Online gambling is a form of entertainment. It should be enjoyable, and it should remain within your means. kkfb enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years and provides a range of responsible gaming tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity.

Responsible gaming tools available on kkfb include deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion. Players who believe their gaming is no longer recreational should make use of these tools without delay. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the duration of the self-exclusion period chosen.

Amendments to These Terms

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request to close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kkfb is registered and operates. By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact kkfb support to seek an informal resolution. kkfb will endeavour to resolve all complaints and disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the applicable formal dispute resolution process.
